Madeira is the eternal spring: a subtropical island, open all year round.
Five hundred miles southwest of the mainland, Madeira lines up dramatic cliffs, levadas (over 1,600 km of canals turned hiking trails), a flower-filled capital, Funchal, and a one-of-a-kind fortified wine. Four hours from Paris, eighteen to twenty-five degrees year-round: an immersive, dependable event destination, summer and winter alike.
Three readings of Madeira: the volcanic relief, the trails and Funchal, the wine and the ocean. All on a single island, open all year.
The relief rises fast and drops sheer into the ocean.
You walk beside the water, you slide down by toboggan.
The table and the ocean do the rest.
From a levada hike to a gala at a century-old palace, each experience has its corporate angle. All scale to your headcount and budget.
