We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form:

Company (optional)
The content of your message and any project details you choose to share

No profiling and no collection of sensitive data. The display language (FR / EN) depends solely on the page URL: no data is stored on your device.

3, Purposes

This data is used solely to respond to your requests for quotes and information, to follow up on your project commercially and to contact you again if needed.

4, Legal basis

Processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request and on our legitimate interest in responding to an inbound enquiry (Article 6 GDPR).

5, Recipients

Your data is intended for the Solcanto Events teams. The contact form is technically processed by Netlify Forms (Netlify, Inc.). Partner suppliers may receive only the information necessary to organise your event, under a confidentiality commitment. No data is sold or transferred for advertising purposes.

6, Transfers outside the EU

Hosting and form processing are handled by Netlify (United States). These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

7, Retention period

Contact data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then for 3 years for commercial relationship purposes, unless you object.

8, Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability regarding your data.

To exercise them, write to contact@solcanto.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNPD (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados, Portugal) or the CNIL (France).
